Omar Ibraheem Software Consultancy FZ-LLC provides software consulting services including but not limited to UX/UI design, web development, full-stack engineering, DevOps, DevSecOps, and technical consulting. Specific terms for each engagement will be detailed in separate service agreements or statements of work.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise specified in a service agreement, all intellectual property rights in work produced during an engagement will be transferred to the client upon full payment. Content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of Omar Ibraheem Software Consultancy FZ-LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
4. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information. Details of engagements, business processes, and proprietary information shared with us will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in the applicable service agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Omar Ibraheem Software Consultancy FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of our services or website.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE.
